Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 5 mint leaves + a sprig of mint for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon bourbon
  • 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon lime juice, plus lime slices for garnish
  • 2½ teaspoons maple syrup
  • handful of ice
  • ¼ cup 14 Hands Brut

Method
 

  1. In a jar, combine the mint, bourbon, lime juice, maple syrup and stir.
  2. Pour into an 8 ounce julep glass filled with ice and top it off with the sparkling wine.
  3. Garnish with more lime slices and mint leaves.
