Method
- Heat filtered water to approximately 120°F (lukewarm). Test with your finger - it should feel comfortably warm, not hot. This temperature ensures optimal dissolution of salt and preserves the vitamin C in lemon juice.
- While water heats, juice half a fresh lemon, removing any seeds. Measure exactly 1/4 teaspoon of fine-ground Himalayan pink salt. Precision is important - too much salt can cause water retention instead of weight loss.
- Pour warm water into a heat-safe glass or mug. Add the pink salt and stir continuously for 15-20 seconds until completely dissolved. The water should have a slight pink tint with no visible crystals at the bottom.
- Squeeze in the fresh lemon juice and stir for another 5 seconds. The citric acid will help stimulate digestion and provide vitamin C. If using honey, add it now and stir until dissolved.
- Let the drink rest for 30 seconds to allow flavors to meld. Sip slowly over 5-10 minutes on an empty stomach, ideally within 10 minutes of waking. Wait at least 15-30 minutes before eating breakfast.
- For extra benefits, try these variations: Add 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar for digestive support, fresh grated ginger for anti-inflammatory benefits, or a pinch of cayenne pepper to boost metabolism further.

Notes
Start with 1/8 teaspoon salt if you're sodium-sensitive. This drink is most effective when consumed first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Not suitable for those with high blood pressure or on low-sodium diets without consulting a doctor. For best weight loss results, combine with a balanced diet and regular exercise. Store any leftover concentrated sole solution in a glass jar for up to 1 month.
