Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon water plus more as needed

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, stir together the yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and salt.
  • Stir in the water. If the sauce is too thick, add more water, 1 tablespoon at a time, to thin it to your desired consistency.
  • Season to taste.
  • Store the sauce for up to 5 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
