- 1 cup whole milk Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic grated
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon water plus more as needed
In a medium bowl, stir together the yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and salt.
Stir in the water. If the sauce is too thick, add more water, 1 tablespoon at a time, to thin it to your desired consistency.
Season to taste.
Store the sauce for up to 5 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
