Warm, tender cinnamon apples are a comforting treat that brings cozy autumn vibes to any table. With just 15 minutes of prep and a quick 15-minute cook time, this recipe delivers soft, caramelized apples infused with sweet, spicy cinnamon.

- 5 apples, peeled, cored, and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- Pinch sea salt
Combine the apples, water, and vinegar in a saucepan, cover, and simmer over very low heat, stirring occasionally to make sure the apples don’t burn on the bottom of the pan, for 15 minutes.
Uncover, stir, and add the cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt and stir again. The apples should be tender and the juices should be thick.
