  • 2 cups arugula
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 small garlic clove

  • Freshly ground black pepper
