Air Fryer Chickpeas

Crispy, golden, and packed with flavor, air fryer chickpeas are the ultimate snack or salad topper. With just 5 minutes of prep and 15 minutes in the air fryer, you’ll have a crunchy, protein-packed treat that’s hard to resist.

- 1½ cups cooked chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt, plus more to taste
- Garlic powder, paprika, or spice of choice, optional
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
Spread the chickpeas on a kitchen towel and pat dry. Transfer the chickpeas to a medium bowl, drizzle with the olive oil, and sprinkle with the salt and pinches of your preferred spice, if using. Toss to coat.
Spread the chickpeas in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 10 to 15 minutes (I do 12), tossing halfway, or until crispy.
Enjoy immediately or store at room temperature for up to 2 days.
