1. Approval. To apply to sell at the market fill out our Application Page, or you can download, fill out, and fax or mail us the printable version of the application. Or contact us at (212) 243-5343.
2. Sales Tax ID number. To be approved, you need a New York State Sales Tax ID number. If you do not have one, we can help you. Just give us a call. Or, you can download an application form to get a New York State Tax ID.
3. Rules & Regulations. If you wish to sell at Hell's Kitchen Flea Market, please read and sign our Rules and Regulations. Download our Rules & Regulations form, or call us with questions.
